Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the terms of the agreement between you and Mitchell Villani. By using our website/s, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, and you agree that your use of our website/s, including any purchase of goods from us, is subject to the terms thereof.

These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied without our written consent. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will always be shown on the Terms and Conditions page (this page) of our website. We encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions, and contact us if you have any particular questions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website in any manner. 

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you must communicate your concerns to Mitchell Villani via email to [email protected] within 2 business days of signing up to “LIVE DIFFERENT” programs, in order to be considered for a refund.

Unlimited lifetime access to live zoom calls

(If this is part of your program – Coaching package ONLY)

There is no guarantee you will have the chance to speak to Mitchell directly. Mitchell is live in a group coaching situation for 1-2 hours each week. During that time he unmutes the lines of participants so they can ask him questions directly. Mitchell always does his best to share his time fairly, but there is never a guarantee you will have your question answered. You access to these calls for 12 weeks from the date that you join. However, you will maintain access to the private community group and the online portal for the lifetime of the program.

There will be 24 live calls per program within GND and if you have chosen to pay for a monthly membership you will have access to 1 live call per month. Mitchell will announce when there are weeks of no calls in the Whatsapp group and online private community, and weekly calls may be cancelled at short notice.

Individual coaching on the live weekly zoom calls will only be given to you once you have paid a minimum total $500 of a payment or other plan.

(If this is part of your program)

You can ask questions in the program at any time, by making a written post, within the content of the program. Mitchell does his best to answer questions in this program, but this is not a guarantee. Other members of the program can provide helpful answers to questions posted in the program.

Any member can be removed from the group and live calls due to behaviour/comments etc deemed inappropriate by Mitchell and/or LIVE DIFFERENT administrators. Criticism, judgemental and/or unnecessary comments will not be tolerated, and members may be removed/banned without notice. Where appropriate, a private warning will be given before anyone is removed from the group, however this is on a case by case basis and there is no guarantee a warning will be given prior to being banned from the group.

It is the utmost priority of Mitchell Villani to provide a safe environment where members of our community feel comfortable to share their stories transparently and vulnerably. Any comment that violates these community standards will be deleted immediately.

Live Call Recordings

Live zoom calls are recorded and the replay is made available in the private program portals the following 48 hours or earlier. Members of the program(s) participate in these calls at their own risk, and with the understanding that the replay will be made available to the private group. Mitchell Villani accepts no responsibility for your privacy. Members are welcome to join the calls, and/or make posts in the program(s) or private community group anonymously.

General Advice

The advice given to you through your participation in the LIVE DIFFERENT Program(s) is Mitchell's personal opinion only. Even though Mitchell is a qualified practicle Iridologist & Sclerologist he has no formal qualifications of any kind as a general practitioner, counselling, psychology etc. Mitchell simply shares his personal experiences, learnings, opinions and what he considers to be his “gift” – a wisdom he was “born with” and has developed through personal experience. All members participate in the LIVE DIFFERENT Detox Academy & GND Project with this solid understanding. Mitchell Villani recommends participants seek professional advice where necessary. We accept no responsibility or liability for the outcomes of the general advice given throughout the program(s). 

Payment Plans

We are unable to make changes to the agreed payment dates or amounts once you’ve committed to and started a payment plan.

If you do wish to “pay-out” the balance of your payment plan this can be done through personal agreement with Mitchell Villani, the agreed “pay-out” amount must be paid in full or the terms of the Payment Plan will remain in effect.

Payment

Mitchell Villani reserves the right to remove participants from all aspects of the program(s) (Community Groups/ Online Course / Live online video calls etc/Program(s)) if they have payments outstanding. Participants of the program have a maximum 14 days to rectify any outstanding payments prior to being removed from services.

Mitchell Villani will make an attempt to contact non-financial participants by email, phone call or text message to complete in-arrears payments, however it is the responsibility of participants to ensure funds are available at the time direct debits are scheduled for their subscription.

If for any reason payment of in-arrears amounts is not made within 14 days, you may be removed from the program without warning.

No refunds of any kind will be given in the event of non-payment of payment plans.

Coaching Access

Mitchell is not available to communicate privately (Including talk, text, message or email) in regards to advice/coaching as part of his online programs. This type of private coaching is an additional service Mitchell can offer at an additional charge. 

All coaching/advice regarding his online programs must be sought through the private community group and the monthly or weekly (depending which program you are in) online video calls.

Refunds

Mitchell Villani complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) at all times.

Refunds will not be given for “Change of mind”.

In order for any refund to be considered participants must request a refund via email to [email protected] within 2 business days of signing up to “LIVE DIFFERENT” programs.

After the 2 day (48 hour) cooling off period there are no refunds or cancellations.

Where a refund is issued an admin fee  will appply or the value of the initial payment of a payment plan (Whichever is less) will be charged for cancellation of any program. This value will be subtracted from any refund.
